I mean that's great and all but unless he's still quick that's not good. Chris Davenport was huge but couldn't use his hands and his first step sucked.

ETA: I've always loved this cat and hope he gets on the field and makes a difference but size (especially weight) doesn't always tell the story. Give me speed over size any day.

I was worried that Gilmore needed to gain weight. I thought he weighed about 260 in high school.

They all report a little heavy because a month of camp in this heat, they will drop 10-15 easily.

Why do you continue to start height/weight threads with no substance?

For that height that weight is probably ok. Like stated he will drop some weight in practice.

Probably a little bad weight there, and some good. He hasn't been in a bubble since LOI.

leverage, leverage, leverage... especially for DT with his frame. Think he's going to be exactly what Chavis/Brick need him to be.

He needed some handwork, but he has a pretty damn good first step and explodes off the line.
