For fisherman and the seafood industry, I don't think so.

For literally any business owner who had a down year in 2010, probably so.

If you consider Macando sweet good for lube before they cram a drill stem in arse, sure you've been stimulated. From the damage I've seen, honestly no. Hell, you can't crab on Elmer's or grand terre indefinitely. Grand isle stays open so nobody raises a fuss. Long term, with the oil and hydrocarbon plumes I'm still seeing, LA losses again.

All I'm saying is that we might have a role reversal regarding the the rig removal in 15. Office is about to flip, congress will too, with that I think there might be a lib movement to conserve rigs

So many assumptions, so little facts.

Don't deal in conjecture. The damage to things that this board is about (outdoors) was massive. That cannot be considered a stimulus.
