He cost us the BCS last year. With him, we go undefeated and blow out the Irish. But we have to get past this.

We lost that games a million different ways before that play.

I mean the freshmen who took over for him blitzed when he wasn't supposed to, vacating the area where Yeldon caught the ball.

But the Florida game we would have needed some serious magic from him. The LSU offense shite the bed in that one.

Story From Az Camp

quote:

No one though had a better day than Tyrann Mathieu, who picked off two passes, including one in the end zone on a ball thrown by Drew Stanton.

"Definitely, by far," Mathieu answered when asked if it was his best day of camp. "Any time you can get turnovers for your team -- I think I had a forced fumble too -- any time you can get turnovers for your team, it puts your offense in a position to score and that usually puts us in position to win."

Said fellow LSU alum Patrick Peterson, "Really excited for him. Hopefully, we'll have to find a spot for him with the first defense."

He may have made a play(s) before this that would have made that last drive irrelevant.

With everything/temptations at his disposal can he stay out of trouble? I wouldn't put any money on it. It's up to him now.

Big HB7 fan, so I'm not sayin he not going to do great, but shouldn't we like wait til he does it against somebody other than Cardinal QBs. Cuz isn't that like what every single defense does against their QBs? I mean dude Drew Stanton?

I kid, he's a beast.

But Arizona QBs do suck dick.

I usually don't watch games for the defense unless it's my Steelers, but I think I'll watch the Cards just to see Minter, Peterson, and Mathieu show out.

I'll also be picking them up in my draft this year if I can't get the Seahawks.

It was against Drew Stanton, not Palmer.

No! we didn't lose it a million different ways. Two great teams played to their potential and they exposed a weakness. We go into a prevent type defense and right when Chavis blitzes they audible into a screen it was a great offensive play call that put the final nail in the coffin
