It's certainly an interesting concept, although it's worth noting that this server side processing is not performed in real time - rather, you download the "profile" of a given driver that was exogenously computed...this is where the "600%" figure comes in. All AI calculations while playing the game in real time are still performed locally.
Regardless of the nebulous wording from the developer, I imagine such features will become staples of titles on both next gen consoles.

but cloud gaming is new and scary, I'm going to give my money to sony. The PS4 it may be an inferior product, but it's familiar.

AI capability really hit a plateau this generation. I'm looking forward to seeing how that changes with the next generation.

And honestly, that's a big part of this next generation that I'm really interested in. I like how developers will be able to put more into their games by putting less stress (I don't have a better way to describe it) on the console's computing power.
