Saints win by 10-17 as the Saints will get a few stops with the new 3-4 look, but Atlanta once again doesn't figure out how to cover Graham. Sproles should also be more of a factor with Payton using him in the right ways.

It'll be like the Katrina game. Not to that magnitude, of course, but with Payton returning, it being the falcons, and the first game of the season I expect a close game at half time and then the Saints pulling away for a 38-24 win.

It's hard to be particularly optimistic about how the Saints defense will look to start the season. Historically garbage personnel making the foray into the 3-4, which usually takes teams years to successfully transition to, doesn't spell early season success. Yeah, I guess they can't get any worse, but that doesn't mean they'll be better either. Week 1 is a shootout but the Falcons get a few more stops, something like 41-31.
The Saints should be the better team by Week 12 and the end of the season, though the rematch is on a short week sandwiched by the NFC Best, so toss-up for that one.
