Looking at the possibly of entertaining some clients with a solid dove hunt weekend around opening weekend anywhere La, Ms, Ark, Tx etc This would be the first outing like this i will have put together so I'm looking for a home run. I want to limit out early, have a comfortable place to stay, drink if they want and, feed them well. People we would bring will almost certainly bring referrals if its a success as well. Can anyone recommend a place and/or fair rates?

This is going to be tough, especially this late in the game. How far are you realistically willing to drive in those states? There are always places like the 777 Ranch in South Texas that may have some spots left that will feed you right, kill some birds, and have a pool and such. But that gets pretty high dollar pretty quick.

Yeah everyone has been last minute as hell about lining up clients to even start calling for spots. It will be 8 to 10. Half a day from Nola is about as far as we'd go.

Call "The Lodge at Tee Mamou" and see if they have dove hunting

Try calling Long River Lodge (337-623-4595), they have done dove hunts in the past and have excellent facilities...

ETA they are north of Krotz Springs...

If you find such place around here you will probably have to drop serious coin. Especially this late in the game. You'll probably have to look toward south Tejas, or better yet across the Rio Grande.
