The wife pulled out a pork tenderloin to cook. However, she is feeling a bit under the weather so I'm gonna do it. Any quick ideas on the best way to cook it? Rub ideas, marinades, grill vs oven? I'm open to anything?

Smoked with raspberry chipotle glaze is pretty tasty.

my favorite way to make a pork tenderloin is to roast a mixture of bread crumbs and chopped garlic, rub the pork with olive oil, season the pork with salt and pepper, then rub with bread crumb/garlic mixture then bake until about 145 internal temp (let rest for at least 15 minutes). Serve with a sauce of dijon, lemon juice, minced garlic, rosemary and olive oil.

Butterfly it, sauté some spinach, purple onions, red bell pepper, & garlic. Mix that with some goat cheese green apple pieces, & dried cranberries. Roll & cook

Damn guys, that all sounds good. I was kinda rushed so had to come up with something fast. Day Wisher got me going with the raspberry sauce but I didn't have any raspberries. I substituted blackberries. I grilled the tenderloin on my weber to 145ish after dusting it with some pork rub and fresh rosemary. I made the blackberry glaze for the first time:

Half cup of blackberry spread
2 table spoons of balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
quarter teaspoon red flakes
quarter teaspoon cinnamon
a few pinches of chipotle chili powder

coated a saucepan with teaspoon of oil and started warming on high heat. Mixed all ingredients in bowl ahead of time and poured into heated pan. Quick boil then simmer. I really liked it but will have to tinker with the pepper. Just wasn't quite right.

I will definitely be bookmarking the other recipes for future use. Thanks! And I'm an idiot and didn't take pictures. I got to wrapped up trying to cook and deal with kids.
