I am looking to invest in a small cap pharmaceuticals or biotech company...any recommendations? I am looking at PDLI right now. I have a high risk tolerance and looking to buy and hold.

ETA: The only thing that concerns me with PDLI is that they basically have no equity and the debt/capital ratio is high.

Both are crapshoots. Find out what products they have and are developing. Are they a buyout candidate. If you know a doc, ask if he thinks drugs in R and D could be big or bullshite. Lotsa companies coming out with
"new" meds that are just more expensive versions of current generics or combo of. Had a friend buy a stock (against my advice) because of a new diet pill. Thought it would skyrocket. Two meds in one. Both generic and about $20 a month apiece. The two in the same pill? >$200 and ins does not cover.

Umm check out RMTI. TSRX, SNTS may be too big for you now, but I still see value.

DVAX is a complete gamble if you're into that.

Im on my phone but later this weekend ill come back when some more opinions.
