Every time I hav been to Oxford I have stayed in Memphis and limo in like any OT baller would.

Thinking about staying in Oxford this year.

Am I too late? Is it a good idea?

What hotel is nice?

I'm old (42) for a point of reference.

Probably too late, not much there in terms of hotels more of a motel type city and that's slim pickings as well

Maybe a I-55 motel in batesville if your lucky

Tupelo is 53 miles away and an option for you. Has all of the chains and restaurants. LSU stayed at the MARRIOTT 2 years ago, it was great. I went out to the airport when they flew in and saw them. I talked to Reuben Randle and the lineman from Bastrop, my home town. They bused over to the game.
