All the rain has made things rough.... Did my first picking today from one jalapeño, two habanero and two ghost pepper plants. How are your gardens doing?

Looks awesome. What preservation methods are you using?

I'm gonna give some away, pickle a mix of the ghost and Habaneros and maybe drop a few in the dehydrator...

I just recently started growing habanero and it's just now starting to get some flowers. Is it too late in the game to expect any peppers?

That looks awesome!

I'm about to delve into gardening. Any good starter books you suggest?

Nice harvest. I have gotten a few jalapeños, bells and anaheims. But too much rain here so far.

These Habanero plants are 2 years old. I planted them from seeds using flower pots last year. In the first year the yield was very small and the peppers were tiny. I trimmed the plants back in the Fall and moved them to the garage. I planted them outside in late March and theyve gone gangbusters since. I wouldn't be too worried, you'll get some peppers yet.

There's tons of info online. I've found that regular watering and occasional epsom salt makes peppers grow very well.
