The Killing and continuation (Spoilers)

Just finished season one and enjoyed it. However, I was expecting closure cause I was assuming each season was a different case. Without giving too much away, does the Rosy Larson think stretch through all the seasons? How are the other seasons?

they wrap it up at the end of season two. starting with season 3 they are going to wrap up each case at season end.

I couldn't get into previous seasons; this is my first. Aside from maybe one or two mentions of working the case, it is not part of this season at all.

There are a few little tidbits in the first 2 seasons that pertain to the case that is the focal point of season 3.....
But to answer the OP question, yes it is a different case than the Rosie Larson case.

So, I just got to the part where Stan Larson reads the statement absolving Richmond of any responsibility in the murder of Rosie. He just said she died three weeks ago. Am I supposed to believe all this has happened in 3 weeks including Richmond being shot, becoming a paraplegic, and being released back to the campaign trail. I can suspend a lot of belief for entertainment but that is rediculous.

Just power thru the first 2 seasons and be done with it.
Season 3 is so fricking unbelievably good, you won't give 2 shits about the Larson's or their problems.
