3) Absolutely...We'd really have to limit his PT to get over 50 games. I'd be ok with extremely limited minutes and just unleashing him in the playoffs.

I answer no to number 1 because he takes a roster price so, by definition, we will give up someone. Williams is still to veteran focused and is impatient with young players, imo, so I don't want him jettisoning another young player for this guy.
