Has anyone used Lending Tree, Quicken Loans, etc..? And if so, how was your experience?

Your local options will be 3x less expensive and 50x less headache.

Refi is the exception with online. They are very competitive on refi's.

I've not used Quicken, but I did use Lending Tree three times for pricing. It's amazing how Lending Tree's mortgage arm always was the "cheapest" deal. May have just been in my case, but smells like the fix is on....

I inquired about a refi with quicken a few months back. The guy I talked to was extremely helpful and informative. Much more so that the bank of america reps I was dealing with about refi (that's who had my mortgage previously). I ended up using a local bank.
