We might actually see new music from Jay Electronica.

Hers's a link talking about Jay tweeting that "it was his turn" in reference to Jay Z, J.Cole and Kanye dropping their new albums.

If you don't know who Jay Electronica is he is a rapper from New Orleans who has lived in both the lap of luxury and the streets at different points in his life. We have been waiting for years for him to release his album Act II: Patents of Nobility (the turn). He is probably lyrically the best rapper of all time.

Same here, but I like the fact he's been in the studio more even if it was for a few features like on Mac Millers' new album. It wouldn't surprise me if Jay Z set it up this way for Jay Elec's album to sort of be the bookend to the Roc Nation's summer. Would probably be the best out of all 4.
