Wife is flying to Orlando tomorrow.

What self defense items could she bring that are allowed on planes? She normally carries pepper spray, buts I'm pretty sure you can't take that on a flight. I'm not one to be very paranoid, but I do think this trial will cause some problems over the next week, and she'll be in the eye of the storm.

Can't take a gun on a plane, but I get what you're saying. She's said she's not comfortable with a gun, and I respect that. I have a carry license and so does her father (former police officer). If she doesn't feel comfortable, I respect that.

Obviously, I wasn't suggesting for her to carry one on the plane. I meant in general.
I get it, though. My wife had to be talked into allowing a bb gun into the house a few years ago.
