I think it's pretty procedural, the are the prosecution. It's pretty much their job.

@MikeShingleton: DA's office plans to file motion to revoke his carnal knowledge probation this afternoon. Hill not out of the woods yet. @WBRZ

are they serious? I think they're going above and beyond to make sure it doesn't look like he's getting special treatment.

Unnecessary. She's just doing her job. She's basically required to seek the things she's seeking.

I was in a fraternity, knew people in other fraternities, knew people that worked at bars, and had friends at other schools than LSU. shite happens when you're 18-22.

But its makes elections so much easier when you can keep your name in the spotlight and do radio spots on 1045.

Good news.. 5alive had inside info.

Hill will not be suspended any games, but he will not start the first 1-2 games.

It seems like selective enforcement based on the profile of the defendant.

Shing says curfew does not affect football or travel, so green light from the court, Les a different story though. We'll have to wait until August 31 I would suspect for confirmation. But he did make TT publicly apologize for basically the same thing, even though Hill snook the kid.

Just like the seizure of 41 pairs of shoes. But lets just give the police and DA a pass.

Are people still expecting jail time really?

Doesn't the extended probation mean no jail time?

Would they be doing this if he weren't an LSU football player?

Yes they would. It's SOP when someone on probation fricks up that they revoke the probation.

Why don't you guys understand that?
