That's too much for Corey fricking Brewer unless it is spread out over 15 years.

As head of the C-Brew to NOLA campaign I must say this saddens me

I'm glad with how it all turned out. I'd rather Aminu and Stiemasma on 1 year deal each, than Brewer on a 3yr/15mil deal.

Aminu at 1/$3.7 is much better than Brewer at 3/$15

Another thing I like about the deal- another expiring deal. Can package Aminu and Steimsma in Feb and take back about 9.6 mil. Jeff Green?

If you add a minimum guy like Roberts or Miller (or both) to that trade, you can take back a guy making about 12 mil in Feb for final piece

It doesn't have to be Jeff Green, just one example. Point is, we have expirings to take advantage if tanking team sells in February

They're paying $17M a year for Brewer, Budinger, and Kevin Martin. Would've done better giving 10 of that to AK47 and adding a player like Redick with most of the remaining money.

Same guy who when someone talks about expiring contracts continues to remind them that expiring contracts are no longer valuable.

I think with this move Denver is officially in the running for the 7-8 seed with us, Portland, Minnesota, Dallas, and the lakers
