Hello All,

I am interested in duck eggs or other variety of eggs besides chicken.

Is there a noticeable difference in taste?

Where do you buy them around BR?

Just interested. I really love eggs and eat a good bit of them. I have heard others are different and some better along with seeing duck eggs on the menu at restaurants.

Duck eggs are richer than hen's eggs--the yolk is fattier, and the white has more protein. So if you use them in baked goods, know that it's not always a 1:1 substitution.
