Does anyone have a good homemade cheesecake recipe?

cheesecake is easy....you need a good mixer, as smooth & fluffy texture requires mechanical mixing. the real secret is having all ingredients at room temp before mixing.

The hardest part is setting up the crust on the sides of the springform pan. Threee sticks of philly cream cheese and six eggs along with vanilla are thebasic ingredients. New York style is topped with sweetened sour cream ans thrown back into the oven. Melted chocalate with raspberry puree sweetened with sugar and then served with a tad of fraombois syrup with make people kiss yout arse. Google search cheese cake recipes and there will be tons of them. Move the thing gently til it has set.
