Like you mentioned, that kid could absolutely tackle a train in high school. I still have no idea how he hasn't made it, one of the most violent tapes I've ever seen.

Between him and Tom Wort, I don't know who was scarier. At least with Wort, while he still underperformed, he did a good bit at Oklahoma and had some big hits there as well

Jeff Luc, (Jr.), WLB, Cincinnati: One of the hardest hitting LBers I have ever seen on film, Luc never gained the other abilities needed at FSU and transferred to Cincy. Luc is listed as the starter at WLB, where he will look to finally make his mark somewhere.

I called this one from the start. Hitting defenseless players after the play is over somehow warrants 5 stars...k

I'll add some as i think of them.

Munchie Legaux

3 star QB from Edna Karr in Nola. Never got that LSU offer even though he had the best name that year, imo. Ended up signing with Cincy where he had a great year on 2012 with 1716 yards and a 52% completion percentage. 2013 will be his junior year and I expect him to continue to grow.

Excellent thread. Its definitely tailored for the hardcore recruiting followers. I have a few more in mind if you dont mind doing more research:

TK Flemming - supposedly had crazy potential, but couldnt stay out of trouble. Wonder if this guy is in jail somewhere
Henry Orealius - One time LSU commit that we cooled on, and he switched to play center at FSU
Willie Farrel - one time LSU commit at LB that we cooled on, and he switched to OLE Miss
Rantavious Wooten - had awesome highlights with a fan favored name, one time WR commit to LSU, but switched to GA when offered.
Dillon Day - plays OL for Miss State and from West Monroe. A lot of posters wanted him offered as he was said to play with a mean streak.
Andre Debose - supposedly gave a silent commitment to the staff only to shock us later by delcaring for the Gators
Stevie Douglas - epic situation between his dad and i think jimmy smith. Wonder what happened with that
Tim Molten - Supposedly the only WR who could catch on Claiborne and Peterson consistently. Was highly touted by those who could watch him at practice, but had an ACL tear and left for LA Tech over emotional problems. Weird situation
Ronnie Vinson - used to play DB for us. Wonder where he transferred and how he is doing
Dominique Allen - tree trunk legs. Signed with us as a FB but smoked himself off the football team

Lol. Possibly the best name of all time. He's definitely in the running.

Awesome post. Two guys I wonder about, didn't see in skimming through the thread...

Drayton Calhoun - i think that was his name? RB from GA, pretty highly touted. Got lost in the depth chart. finally xfr'd. then ???

2nd guy was a LBer from Mississippi. He got in a couple of fights, and was in trouble with RP once. Kicked off the team. Did he ever end up playing for anyone? Guy had a kinda small frame but ripped and fast.

This is a fine post. Wish someone on our board would put in the work for something similar.

The Man, the Myth, the Legend. Every time you thought he might have finally cleaned up and was done with dumb shite, he would proceed to frick up again. To TK.

Boy did he have a lot of potential. Had a ton of athleticism and had no qualms with contact

He transferred to Middle Tennessee State. He got some carries as a backup running back the past season, but is now being moved to corner for his last year of eligibility.
