Showtime and then find somone nice enough that they will let you use their HBO Go login information. .

True Blood is premiering this Sunday I believe. So that will run through the rest of the summer

Likewise but then again if you think about it, it would seem to be a relatively simple show to produce compared to something epic like GoT. Apparently they feel a Summer time slot might attract more viewers which I can see considering sports highlight the TV lineups in the Fall.
