Egg in an Avocado in the oven.

Crack and egg in an avocado halve and put some Tony's on it. Cook until the egg is the consistency you like. I just saw this and have two in the oven as we speak.
Has anyone ever done this?

I would transfer that to an IV, and just keep the gun cocked incase it didn't work. 
Where does it go from there? Over rice/beans?

I've done this once. I think I got the idea from this board.

most of the avocados i've had recently have a very small seed...an egg wouldn't even fit in the opening...but i do like avocados and eggs on a bagel or english muffin.

I had to enlarge the hole left by the seed. Cook it at at least 250. It was good, but sort of bland. Tony's (or maybe lemon pepper?) is definitely your friend here.
