Anyone out there have a recommendation? I have GA tickets, but am traveling with the wife & 2 youngsters. Will GA be OK, or should I look into reserved seats (off Stub Hub, etc.). Are the GA lines insane or will it be no problem getting in to the Tigers games? I am headed up for the opening 4 days. Thanks in advance and

Shouldn't be a problem...just get there early because GA is first come first serve. You may have to stand in line but it is well worth it! No worries!

I'm gonna tell you in 2009 we were going into the zoo at about 10 or so in the am ... there was already a line for the GA tickets. Now, I don't know that they HAD to be there that early or not. Just reporting what I saw.

That's why we bought tickets prior to going ... although we could have bought them there I felt better leaving my home with tickets in hand with 3 kids and my husband.

ALSO, I remember LSU won the game to get into the finals on a FRIDAY ... I think it was about 30 minutes AFTER that game Ticketmaster opened and you could buy tickets -- we did do that as well and had tickets near the bullpen down the 3rd base side. We ended up selling those and using the grandstand tickets we bought on stubhub but we paid dearly for those but it was worth it to us.

Good luck! And the zoo is awesome -- take the kids!!
