Saw it live. Not sure how he was standing after that. I noticed during the pitching change they took him to the dugout. I'm guess some cold spray to the nads helped for a bit, but I'm sure he woke up a wee bit sore.

No, that was his last batter. The kid pitched well. Odd for Deadspin to include that part in the video.
