Possible killers IMO:
Guy who raped Bullet
Bullet
One of the prison guards
Guy in prison
Rosie's dad
Somebody yet to be revealed
Holders new partner
Black school teacher
The cow she shot
Holders girlfriend
Drunk mom
The attorney
Lindens ex partner
ex partners wife
Somebody hiding in a red bag
Silly list...there are at least 20 more worthless characters to be introduced between now and the end of next season that could be the killer (but probably won't be)

Can the OP change the title of this thread to "Season long thread"?
Thanks.
So, I guess we now know for sure that Lemon and her ex partner were banging. Holder's new partner is a twerp and will probably bite it eventually.
Here is where I'm leaning:
Guy in jail was a serial killer. A different character who is connected to him who has been revealed yet not the connection, killed his wife and is killing now.
My money is on the pastor or the prison guard or maybe the taxi driver. I think the ex partner is too obvious.
Glad they are wrapping this one up in 10 episodes. That way, there won't be as many red herrings or epsiodes centered around personal lives.
Thanks.

not too much to say about this episode, as nothing really big happened, other than I really like this show. I love the drab, overcast shots, the mood, the pace - definitely my kind of show.
I just dig Holder's character, albeit a bit cliche. Not as "cliche" as his partner. Older detective, sick of being a cop, looking to skirt responsibility, easy way out, early retirement, yada, yada, yada....NYPD Blue, The Wire, yeah, we've seen it.
I simply dont think we've been introduced to the killer yet. However, the pastor and Koteas are the two leading candidates so far, based on the characters to date

So why is Linden being hired back on? They are trying to hide the possible connection to her previous case....and she would be the only real connection.

I think internally, they fully realize that the two cases are absolutely linked, however a bit reluctant to admit it. There's only a small circle of cops that are even acknowledging this right now. Hence why he said "anonymous tipster" and why he announced that Linden was only there to help ID the victims...which, she somewhat is at this point. But, I also thinks he realizes that this case is going to be big and he cant afford not to let Linden back in the loop
But, also, publicly, the execution is already going to get so much press, they cant afford to have these two stories leaked out, it would only serve for a bigger PR nightmare. But, that doesnt escape the fact that the cases are likely connected

Anyone catch this last night? Glad to see that Kaylee is the assistant DA so that she probably gets Holder and won't break up with him by the end because of his long hours.
Chuckled when Larson put the smack down on the cliched cop.
There must be something to those prison guards. I can't imagine a writer devoting so much time to characters who will wind up just being ancillary. And one of them must have snuck in that razor blade.
So the PO forced Twitch (who seems to not be important at all so far) to blow him or something?
That guy at the end... was that the PO or the cab driver from earlier?

I will talk about The Killing with you.
PO I believe. But acting in the same manner as the cab driver.

Now that you're assistant GM, do regular Movie/TV Board posters get discounts at your restaurant?

This is such a good show.
I love it stylistically.
No way the boyfriend is the murderer BTW.
Definitely a creeper and a child pornographer...this show loves to deke you into thinking you know the killer and then pulling the rug though

Damn, this show is so fricking good. Makes me wonder why there's so much crap out there.
Right now, it looks like the preacher and the parole officer are leading the charge to be the bad guy here.

Yeah I don't think he is either. I just loved the tension of that scene. At the very least he's her pimp though. And it's entirely possible he's connected to whomever is killing those girls, in terms of "supplying" them.
I think the pastor at the shelter is too obvious. A little bit like the teacher in the first season. I could see the PO though.
