My wife made this last year. Besides toast anyone have any ideas on how I could incorporate this into another dish? I guess I could try it as a glaze on some pork. Not sure of much else.

Make a vinaigrette.

Add it to smoothies.

Mix with Greek yogurt for breakfast or snack.

Filling between cake layers.

Topping for oatmeal.

Why would you use it any differently than regular jam or jelly? Sounds like it would be great on a biscuit, on toast, PB&J, on ice cream, etc.

Honestly it is great stuff and I love it on toast but I still have 8 jars left. Plus I have a dozen jars of muscadine jelly too. Just time to do a good clean and purge before we begin doing fresh jelly for this year.

Just stole these ideas off the internet:

Cover a wheel of brie cheese with your favorite jam or jelly, wrap in puff pastry and bake.

Add balsamic to it and make a dipping sauce for chicken tenders or grilled meat.

Use it in nut bread. Strawberry kiwi walnut bread sounds awesome.

Homemade pop tarts.

Make an unusual grilled cheese sandwich. Rye bread, extra sharp cheddar & strawberry kiwi jam!

Homemade jelly doughnuts. I'd probably hurt myself on that.

It's pretty damned hard to beat a good Brie. Probably the best answer in here.

Or just pb and jelly. I use to make pb&j grilled cheese style on the regular. It's fricking GOOOD!

Messy at first until you get it right. The PB gets gooey and just melts in your mouth.
