New to U.S Soccer, need some help with clubs/fans

Little Info: Recently got involved with Soccer about 3 years ago when I moved to Germany and started following TSG 1899 Hoffenheim and Karlsruhe SC pretty faithfully. As far as going to home and away games, travelling with the ultras, helping with choreos etc. Long story short, I'm moving back to the states next January and want to be able to keep up with/ be knowledgeable when I get back.
-Who would you guys consider the top 10 clubs or further more the top 5?
-Which fans travel the best?
-Which fans show the best support/ are the craziest?
-How is the pyro/choreo scene back home?
-Feel free to include anything I might have missed
TIA

Do you mean MLS clubs?

The great fan bases that show up to their games in the MLS are the Seattle Sounders, Portland Timbers and Sporting Kansas City. I guess Houston Dynamo would come in fourth.

Exactly

The top 5 clubs, in no particular order are likely: LA Galaxy, Sporting Kansas City, FC Dallas, Montreal Impact, and either Portland Timbers or NYRB this year.
Typically the PNW teams are known for their large attendance, and even Sporting Kansas City and Philadelphia Union have pretty good fanbases. Galaxy and Impact draw pretty well also.
Edit: Seattle and Portland have had some fantastic tifo choreos. Check out YouTube.

The Sounders usually bring good away support for MLS games (100- 200 plus is not unheard of for east coast trips).
15 ECS members traveled all the way to Trinidad and Tobago for a CCL match (over 4,000 miles each way).

Also the absolute worst team in MLS this year. Had to go to penalties to beat a USL side this week.

First off, thanks for all the responses
Is there any kind of 1st and 2nd league promotion / demotion system like we have over here?

Just based on fan support/atmosphere, here's my best guess:
Seattle or Portland
Kansas City
Philly
Toronto
DC
Houston
San Jose
Vancouver
Montreal
Real Salt Lake
LA Galaxy
Chicago
New York
Colorado
Columbus
Dallas
New England
Chivas USA

That's basically what I was looking for.
I watched a few Sounders and Timbers video and thought they looked pretty good. Especially with how close they are to each other, decent distance to make an away trip.
I'm gonna miss the rawness of European soccer more then anything. The world outside the arena. This looks kosher compared to the fights, binge drinking and riots with the police over here that go on. The thrill of sneaking in the flares and pyro past the security and knowing if you get caught you're getting a 3 year ban from all stadiums and a 2,000 euro fine. But the distance is to large for away teams to travel by the thousands back home so its understandable

Is that on the same level as AAA and AA compared to the MLB?

There is a LARGE talent gap from MLS to NASL
