People who want Bob Bradley back make me sick. Support your team and country or GTFO. We looked good when we were pressing last night. If anyone thinks that Jurgen would start some of those shitty players in a WC qual is crazy.

What Jurgen is trying to do to our team will take a while. We will not be a way better team after 2 years of him coaching. He is just not going to sit back the whole time on defense.

I do question his call ups like everyone else. Clearly, Donovan is very much needed. Id be pissed if I was Jozy and JK is preventing Landon from playing. Landon must be on the field for our team if we want to have any chance.

You do realize that this *is* what Jurgen perceives to be our A squad, minus Bradley and Johnson.

Oooo, maybe we'll be lucky, and get more Danny Williams.

At least that much is certain.

Here's a positive and a negative from last night all at the same time: our best runs forward came from Beasley at LB. Our LB was our best attacking player.

If you replace Sacha Kljestan for Bradley, we have a whole new team. Sacha was so involved last night. Not having Bradley or Johson out there last night makes this not our A squad. That also means we did not bring our A game. You must realize how big of a difference these players make. Our back 4 of course was not on the same page at crucial moments.

We were missing a player who completes around 99% of his passes on the pitch. You cannot say this is what JK perceives to be our A team. No beasley, besler starting at CB. Bradley instead of sacha. bye Goodson. Assuming Jk adds Landon soon.

Id say that is a huge change from our roster last night.

Here's another fun stat; Shots on target our last 4 games:

- Belgium: 2
- Mexico: 0
- Costa Rica: 1
- Honduras: 2

Ha.

Klinsmann has brought 95% of this stuff on himself. To ignore it, is dumb. Do I hope for the best, yes.

I understand that the back four needs work on. That's what friendlies are for. I agree. But, it is time to start building it instead of experimenting. It wasn't ALL JKs fault that Gonzo and the entire team had mental mistakes.

In terms of playing possession football like JK wants. We fail 55% of the time. Friendly or not, we looked awful.

I will agree last night was not a great showing.

To all those calling for Klinsmann's head, who do you hire? I'm unaware of any secret coach waiting to snag the much ballyhooed USA job.

we lost to a better team, with higher quality players, at every single position.

It's not Jurgen's fault that our pool doesn't stack up to Belgium's. SlamEagle is right, save the complaints for games that actually matter.

how about this, the team that beat us is one of the elite teams in the world right now with 10 players who get regular playing time in the EPL. Not to mention the rest of their players who play in germany, we are lucky big brother hazard didn't play

if we start shitting the bed in the hex vs teams we should beat esp at home then its time to get worried

I already said its not about the result, I can accept losing to Belgium. it's the lack of passion on the pitch and its becoming the norm.

If true,

Klinnsman should fired in 2 seconds. Haiti could do better than this.

It's not pretty, but it's not worth firing over, especially after a 2* goal loss to a team that has only given up one goal in UEFA WCQs.

Honestly, what good would firing a coach midway through the Hex while still in a qualifying spot do? Would the USMNT magically play better with Jurgen's shadow gone? If we beg for consistency, what would a drastic change do? Face it: JK is in for this cycle, and ALL hope is not lost.

Freak out when the close to 100% team plays like crap against Jamaica or Panama.

(Now, the team in quals might play better and win ugly like usual...)

yea sure lack of passion getting that result in mexico city

anyway people forget this is the start of a complete overhaul of our system from tactics, condition, player development/technical abilities etc. With change comes growing pains but everyone wants instant results. He might not end up being the best coach for the US but he is critical in laying the ground work what is going to be a bright future

Why don't we ask Mexico? Shitcanning Sven Goran Eriksson in the middle of the last hex worked out pretty well for them.

4-4-2

Howard

N/A

Donovan - Bradley - Jones - Beasley

Dempsey - Altidore

Tonnss of experience up front. Back line will play better. They played extremely well versus Mexico. Last night was a fluke.

Yeah, you really had some well thought out arguments in this one.

I agree that some of the roster shuffling is getting old, but it's like people don't realize this is probably a Top 5 team in terms of talent in the world. I never got the idea that it was an uninspired performance either.
