My wife is headed up there later this summer. Any recommendations? So far she knows about Matt's for the Juicy Lucy. Maybe something more up-scale?

I've never heard of Chaka. Do you mean Chaska? For upscale food I'd recommend the 112 Eatery, Butcher and Boar, The Capital Grille, and Manny's Steakhouse. A good place for people watching is to eat at Maynard's on Lake Minnetonka. Sit outside on their huge deck and you have great views of the lake.

In that case, she might want to eat and watch a show at the Chanhassen Dinner Theater. It's very close to Chaska.
