Today I received an automated Hallmark card in the mail from Bank of America.
On the front "Thinking of You" with some flowers in the background.
Inside
"Wishing you a day filled with happy moments.
I enjoyed our conversation today.
[Name of customer service rep I talked to]"
Is this their attempt to win back a reputation for customer service? Will it work?
