Anybody have any suggestions for picking some
Up along the way or in the area?

Im not using them, but my son and dad's gf do.

right past southern comfort on your left

there is a charter company called Sea Creature Charters ran by Clark Trosclair

We went two weeks ago fishing on crogies... he has a shite load at his place

call 985-563-2531 and ask clark if he might sell you some

If got bait isn't open, I may try Clark.

Does he guide? My dad may know him.

Thank you for the number.

go buy a test trawl. Pull for 5 minutes. It's messy and you have to make multiple pulls. But it pays for itself in no time.

Called Andre on the way out, and he had minnows
at Boudreaux's, the old Point Cocodrie Inn.

We caught 36, the majority of them on minnows. Only
2 throwbacks. Good size on most. I had about 12
blowups on top, but caught only 3.

My son caught 14, but the big one got away. He
had a trout next to the boat, when a 5-6 ft bull rolled on it
And stripped all of my new line off until it popped at
the spool. He was shook up. Lol

We were in Pelto with a S wind, and a very high tide
going out. Water was decent. Definitely good enough
to catch fish.
