It is a little confusing but I'll defer to J. Reinhold.

It is original content for them so yes. Everyone knows the show isn't brand spanking new.

I've been watching both Chuck and Fringe (I think I'm exactly 5 episodes in on each) and both are good, but neither has me in Breaking Bad/Wire/etc... mode where I can't wait to watch just ONE more

You are too early in both series to feel that way. Fringe will take a few more episodes to hit its stride. and Chuck just keep watching. its greatness

Fringe really feels like a modern X-Files, which I loved (and should have quit after 5 seasons, just like Fringe). I'll continue watching Fringe on Netflix

Fringe will also really pick up steam once you get to the season finale of season 1.

I'll catch random episodes of Chuck whenever it hits syndication.

I will be the first to admit that I wasn't a huge fan of chuck in the first 2 seasons.. I still watched them, and they were still fun, but by the 3rd season I was just completely hooked, and I don't even know why, it's just a great show. Don't miss out on a great show, also:

It reeked of Pysch,

meh, to each his own, but I wouldn't call chuck seasons 1-5 ANYTHING like pysch

Just like AD actually.. which fits perfectly into this discussion.

I have no problem with Netflix calling it one of their original programs, they are the reasons season 4 is here, and they are the ones paying for it, they are allowed to call it their own original. I salute them for even creating it!
