Moved into a new house and im going to hang six movie posters on my walls. Four 11x17's and two 27x40's.

Ive already got Marylin Monroe and Audrey Hepburn prints framed. Here is a list i've narrowed it down to.

I really wanted a The Birds in a 27x40 but cant find it anywhere on ebay. Only 24x36, so im going to settle with it in a 11x17.

edit: it'll be in english

Now I need some votes from this list (they are in no particular order). Or some new poster suggestions. No gore or spiritistic/demonized movies, im not going to bed looking at that. Dont want my freaking bed to start spinning in the night.

Only the left side.

might be the best looking one

There are a good bit of good movies with pretty crappy movie posters. And some hard to find. Also, Caddyshack 2 is possible the worst/most played out joke of all time. Double Jeopardy though, fair game.

What do ya think? Ones you like or dont like. Vote or make a suggestion.

I'll come back with other suggestions but out of this list.

Japanese Seven Samurai and Chinatown are the best ones. Chinatown is a little cliche though, still a great poster.

I vote no on Sandlot, Tombstone, and Wall-E.

The seven samurai are a tossup to me. I love the simplicity in the tan one. Agreed though.

Chinatown is awesome, but as was stated, mad cliche.

I vote SS and To Kill a Mockingbird

No to any Pixar or Sandlot

Get the large Veronica Lake poster that was used in post war Europe.

It is a stunning classic of the era.

Here is an Ebay repaint:

Those are hard to come by. Typically youre only going to find the standard posters, not some random persons artwork.

Kafka, I feel like ive watch a TON of movies, but you come up with stuff Ive never even heard of, much less being able to find the movie poster.

If I was still single, in college, and went to a guy's apt with him and saw a bunch of children's movie posters hanging up, I would be totally creeped out. Children's movie posters belong on children's walls. So for that reason, I would like to eliminate those particular posters.

I would vote for these:
