At this point I don't think it matters too much. Or that a deleted video necessarily swayed him.

Looks like Papa Wiggins just landed a spot on the KU staff.

If true, KU has to be one of the dirtiest recruiting teams in NCAAB

This would be the third or fourth top end player whose dad has been hired by KU

Kansas is such a buzzkill. I hate Kentucky and think Cal is shady as all hell, but that still would have been FAR more interesting than KU. Kansas was the most "meh" situation for him. UK-amazing frosh class all together, FSU-non-blue blood with family ties trying to bring them into the spotlight as a one man show, UNC-returns 4 of 5 starters and Wiggins would make the 5th making them the most talented team in the country with experience.

Kansas-loses top 5 scorers, no experience, a blue blood, but a meh team going into this year and was fringe top 25.

It's a shame our rotation against Kansas in the Champions Classic has already passed. That would've been a fun one to watch.

Thinking more about the Champions Classic (Kentucky, Michigan State, Duke, Kansas), by my count there are at least 13 potential lottery picks on the floor that night. Can't wait

I have no problem with him picking any other school - he'll succeed wherever he goes.

But if it was over a shoe deal or his dad getting a job at KU, then the NCAA needs to close some loopholes.

Yeah, as a fan, Kansas was a boring choice.

I would have liked to see how far Wiggins could carry a mediocre FSU team or would have liked to seen that Kentucky experiment.

At Kansas, they'll probably get to the Sweet 16/Elite 8 then get bounced.

Makes sense in my opinion. Kansas loses their entire starting five, he steps in immediately and becomes THE man

I just noticed that we will still get our Jabari Parker vs. Andrew Wiggins matchup. That will be awesome

If so, that's on the NCAA not Kansas for that loophole being there. Is it shady? Sure. But I don't know of any top coaches who haven't been a little shady in landing top players. They all toe the line and let's face it, it's not illegal to make that hire.

kansas' recruiting class is now essentially as good as kentucky's and both teams will be super interesting next year. they are built very similarly and it's actually gonna be pretty damn cool to see both of them all year instead of just one of them.

i see a lot of people hopping onto kansas' nuts for wiggins next year and staying for selden. embiid is a little more of a project but if he hits, then

5 pages about a kid named Andrew Wiggins and not a single Ender's Game reference.

not quite as good but if wiggins is as good as advertised and actually a notch above everyone else, it's gonna be pretty damn close. theirs is better though, you're right. i still think both will be really cool to watch. selden, wiggins, and embiid should start from day 1 at kansas and that's bad arse.

im also much happier with ours as it has people that are planning to and will be at kansas more than a year, although that is irrelevant to next year.

We already have people who have been at Kentucky more then a year. Poythress, Wiltjer, Cauley-Stein just to name a few.

why not? both teams have 6 top 100 guys im pretty sure. kentucky has 3 guys #1 at their position and kansas has the other 2. kansas has the best player who is apparently god. kentucky's class is better with a stud group of 5 to kansas' stud group of 3, but i think it will end up pretty close in comparison. gonna be fun.
