Fellow CC'ers,

If you're like me, besides having to buy pants that are slightly larger than your waist size, it is also a burden to find a belt that both gives you a good place to hook your holster while also giving you good flexibility to make your pants fit snug with or without your carry piece.

If any of you guys watch Shark Tank, you may have seen a product called Mission Belt. It is a belt designed differently than all other belts.

First, it does not have a hole in it every inch or so. It fits just like a zip tie and has a different "click" every quarter inch. This makes it very flexible in fitting your pants tightly with or without your weapon in your waistband.

Second, it also has a clip on the end for you to adjust the length of the belt. Just get the size to fit your waist range, and when the belt arrives, cut off the excess and reattach it to the buckle.

I tried to find the advertisement on Shark Tank online but only found this tutorial. No I am not their spokesperson or anything, but this belt is the BEST thing for CC and I feel it should be advertised as such.

Here is their website. I bought the standard brown with a polished buckle (like the picture but brown). It looks really nice and the fitment is awesome!

Mission Belt

I am hardly this excited over a product, especially clothes. Having carried concealed with a regular belt, this one blows it out the water. My holster used to always be too loose or too tight. But I think some of you guys should give this product shot, it's really that good!

I just drill a hole between the existing holes if the belt is too tight or loose. Good idea though.

You can probably get one cheaper at an Army/Navy store. Nothing new about this design.

Might want to check out this thread on another forum. Consensus is --->>>>> this is a plain old nice looking supple belt, not fit for CCW

I have personally worn "the Beltman" belts for years.
Cowhide = good
Horsehide = mucho better.

Even if this is nothing new, I wear pretty casual clothes pretty much all the time. I think the belts are casual and not too flashy. Well, unless you get the pink one.

But a regular black or brown belt with a regular silver buckle looks good and is low key. That's how I roll.

bapple,
Interesting belt. Is the belt designed to carry a holster?

No they don't even market it for CC. But the leather is large enough to get a great hold on the hooks of my holster. The hooks get a much better hold than on my other belts.
