Yea, I had a few long irons into some of the greens because the course was still damp. I still don't think I've ever parred 8, 10, or 11. Those holes just mess with my head too much.

Just shot 91 at Southwyck in Pearland. It's a links course for sure, but thankfully the wind was not bad at all. Fell apart on 8 for my only triple bogey, then had 4 pars, 4 bogeys and only 1 double on the back for a 42. My short game was leagues better after three days of practicing last week. It's amazing what a little bit of confidence can do for those chips and pitches. I only had 1 3-putt too which is crazy good for me.
