If you had to pick between these three: Botero's, Charlie Palmer Steak, and Strip Steak by Michael Mina, which would you chose?

Also, any thoughts on the Four Seasons Verandah (Not a steakhouse, but the location is very convenient)? I am assuming I can't go wrong with any of the choices, but I figured I would ask you guys.

Any particular reason you're limiting yourself to those choices?

Not super meaningful reason but I wanted to dine at places close to the hotel. Botero is p the exception because one of my friends recommended it.

Ate at Strip a few times while staying at Mandelay Bay and was very impressed. They also have some good deals on food and drinks during happy hour.
