Notre Dame Stadium expanding

"Notre Dame unveiled a plan Thursday to add buildings and more than 3,000 revenue-producing premium seats in and around Notre Dame Stadium in a push to make that area of campus more of a community hub"
Still no plans to add jumbo screens to the stadium. It's 2013. Where are the jumbo screens? Must feel like you are watching a high school football game there.

Those are scoreboards. If those were jumbo screens they would be half the size of LSU's old jumbo screens.

If you like techno music, jumbotrons, flashing lights, loud noises, annoying and incessant advertisements, then ND Stadium is not your place. If you're a purist and like simplicity and tradition, then ND stadium is your place.
I went up there for the LSU game in 1998 and absolutely loved the campus and the stadium. They'd be idiots to add jumbotrons.

Are they doing this just to accomodate for all the smug? Or will they actually be expanding seating capacity?
