Much has been said about his seeming unclutchness this year, does anyone have his batting avg with runners in scoring position this season?

He should probably get benched with Jacoby for not getting a hit in the bottom of the 8th and Glenn for giving up 2 runs.

He went from a super singles machine to a pedestrian hitter.

His career average is probably somewhere around .300 with RISP. Last year he hit about .580 in that spot. That should give you a good indication of where he is this year.

What part of my post warrants a sarcastic asshat response? I wasn't aware that asking a legitimate question regarding statistics that could either support or disprove this unclutch claim would be considered a negatiger thread that causes such butt hurt.

He's been smashing the ball past few weeks too. Wtf are you smoking? He's hit at least 3-4 doubles past two weeks.

He hasn't been good outside of a few very seldom good games. He's clinging to a .330 average. It's been dropping all season.

You have a baseball screen name. I'll be sure to bookmark your posts.

I was being a douchebag. Yes, I have noticed Raph has struggled in the clutch this season. He had ample opportunities in the Bama series and never seemed to come through for us. Tonight the same. The last thing we needed after the passed ball was an infield pop up. Thank God it worked out. I'm hoping he can turn it around when we really need it in the postseason and not slump at the end like he did last year.

As of late he has been very UNclutch. Still can't knock him though.

Wasn't the fact he didn't get a clutch hit tonight the reason for this butt hurt thread?

No it was the fact that it seemed two whole pages of the in game thread was complaining about him so I wanted to see what the statistics reveal.
