I'm in the market for a new driver. I'm about a 10-12 handicapper. Haven't measured my swing speed lately but I would imagine its between 100-110 based on distance vs. swing speed charts I've looked at.

threeputt, where ya at?

Don't really want to spend over $250, unless I hit something that I really love.

so you are somewhere between 90-100...those charts are measured amongst Professional swings, that hit the ball in the center EVERY time. Before you buy, look into reshafting your driver with something that is lighter. You could probably fit a high torque stiff-shaft or a lower torque regular-shaft.

If your are more in it for the technology upgrade, go with something that has a slightly stiffer shaft as the technology will offset your swing speed.
