My goodness they are great! Smoked, fried and then basted with a delicious sauce. I say wow and would love to know if there are any better in BR?

Full disclosure: the celery was horrible but who cares?

The steaks are excellent. Shrimp and grits are good as well. The grits were so creamy. I'd order those as a side.

Yes these are the best in BR. But I do not think they are fried. Dry rub anD smoked. Sauce is optional or on the side.

I'm quite sure they are fried, otherwise how are they served hot? Regardless, I have yet to find tastier wings in town and I do love my yard bird.

The BBQ the last two times I went was very disappointing. Those wings do sound good, though.

Anytime there is a thread about wings on here i have to add TJ's. I've told quite a few people about them and most come away impressed.

Damn, they sound really good about now!

Nope, great wings and cheap light beer. Have some good beers like Hopitoulas there as well

The correct answer to this question is obvious. The chimes has undoubtedly the best wings in BR by a country mile.

They have a amazing sauce, serve with both ranch and blue cheese, and are huge.

There was a time when they would double fry them. Meaning, they would do the normal song and dance, then toss them back in the fryer and make them crispier.

I F'd up and talked about it on here, and now they won't do that anymore. One of the managers got pissed and said it was ruining the grease, so he 86'd it.
