I'm tired of reading all of the negative crap going on right now. If you could start a team for LSU with one player from the Miles era (2005-present) who would it be and why?

Definitely going with Hester. Best team player that isn't Tebow I've ever seen.

Without question, Patrick Peterson. This is a terrible question however since football isn't playable with only one person. But if I had to take one, it would be PP7. He was just a freak of an athlete and one of the best to ever wear purple and gold.

Pre-Targeting Rule: LaRon Landry just to see him light people up again.

Post-Targeting: Patrick Peterson

Jamarcus Russell was the best QB in college football on Miles' best team, so I'll start with him.

It's a shame I had to read 7 posts to get to the only plausible answer. PP7 and it's not even close.

However, hats off to the knucklehead who said Deangelo Benton.

Patrick Peterson or Jamarcus Russell no doubt. Liked actually having an all conference or all American type QB that could actually win games instead of manage. LSU has had so few so probably would start there.
