Man, this guy could have been great. Whatever happened to him? I know he was in jail at one point right?

From an article in the TownTalk...it was written this past January, so the info should be current. Collins was voted the #1 prep athlete over the last 25 years in CenLa.
The Diesel has problems showing his package to unsuspecting women in Louisiana, as well....

I was in a college class with him at LSU. The class had a lot of sorority girls in it.
One day during group work- he pulled down his shorts and showed those girls his "member". The teacher had to send him out of class and notify the authorities........

He's a hero on this board despite playing so little and always being in trouble. I've been over Cecil. There are more threads on here about Cecil than important lsu athletes like Shaquille.

He snuck in the apartment of a chick from the berry while he was at LSU. He was sitting on her bed when she got out of the shower. Not sure if that was the LA incident that got him on probation, but that dude was felonious from the jump.
