Twice, think he actually got static shock from one of them. Long story short - he's played enough golf in his life where if it is too hot/cold/windy/rainy or chance of death, he packs it in

Played Atchafalaya yesterday.
Didn't realize we were playing from the wrong tees all day until after the round. The other guys were playing at 6500 and we were at 7000+.
It really showed on the Par 3s: 190, 198, 220 & 205.
This week? Maybe Friday.
Who wants to play the Island or Beaver on Friday afternoon?

Had eagle at 8 on Pine Hills yesterday. Let out an "Eagle Motherfricker" and my partner told me to relax. Don't shite on my eagle bitch.
It really is an easy hole. Glorified par 4, but whatever. Eagle is eagle. Destroyed my drive and had a 9 iron left. Hit it to 7-8 feet and made the putt. Scorecard had it at 480, but no way I hit my drive 340 right?

La Tour #3 is like that, about 485. They make up for it 2 holes later with a 475 yard par 4 that almost always plays into the wind

Oooh, that was my best shot of the round. Hit the drive left. Then hit a hybrid 5 that went right and a tree got in my way. So, I decided to try to pitch the ball off that right hill side and hope it goes down to the green. Worked out great for a par.
In the mean time my partner, who always wins, was chopping trees off to the right.
Me: "Hey, Ray are you OK?"
