It was ok. Visually the movie was great. I got a little preturbed by some of the music used in some scenes. Tom Cruise is a top 5 movie star IMHO.

My thoughts too.

The script could have used some work. Some things didn't make sense in the overall scheme of what the writers created.

I thought it was very good. Visually believable CGI. Intriguing storyline. Morgan Freeman getting to blow the bomb.

There were a couple of nice twists that I appreciated: Number 52 showing up was good for Ms. Nimble getting a "romantic ending" leaving the door open for more Sci-Fi action movies.

Tom Cruise still has the "it" factor regardless of his personal life.

You know, I was just thinking, but the DVD extras (which I don't buy but whatever) to this movie could be interesting. There was some very cool stuff that was talked about on screen but never shown. Wonder if they filmed those scenes at all, even just a little bit.

SPOILERS:

I wonder what thousands of killer Tom Cruises would look like.

Seriously, why would you want an entire army of Tom Cruises??? Isn't that guy like 5'5" and 150lbs? An army of short men just doesn't seem very scary.

I saw it tonight and liked it.

My brother and I left the theater wondering if it's better to take one Julia (Cruise's wife) or the thousands of Victorias (the British ginger).

In other news, can't wait to see the Will Smith movie that is essentially the same thing.

easily bro, she seemed like a freak..

As for the movie, it was solid, nothing we haven't seen before but nothing awful. A solid 6/10 if pushed. A great visual movie though.

Wife and I really liked it. It was a good Sci-Fi flick with an interesting twist at the end. Visually it looked awesome. I thought Tom Cruise was good and agree with others, Andrea Riseborough > Olga Kurylenko

Julia= Not very impressed with her. Average and just muh.

Victoria= Beautiful and Wow! I'm not even into red heads and I was drooling. I was pissed that the drone blew her to bits.

I found it odd during the movie that the humans had the more advanced technology vs the aliens. But I didn't figure it out unto the end.

Yea, I grew a tad leery when I realized humans went from losing a war to aliens to somehow beating them by blowing the planet to hell and suddenly getting the technology to move the population and terraform a moon of Saturn. And then they actualy had the time to do it all

Haven't seen it yet but plan to. I'm a sucker for these kind of movies and I usually like Tom Cruise movies.
