What did you think of your team's 2013 Draft?

and what other teams did also.
I liked what Arizona did. Cooper will be a stud in the middle of their O-line for a long time and they really needed help there. Kevin Minter is a solid addition to what was already a strong spot at ILB. Tyrann Mathieu will probably be a nickel DB and play some at safety too. You can't deny his play making ability, we've heard enough about the off the field stuff.
getting Stefan Taylor later on was nice value in my opinion. He's not a speedy back but he's a tough durable workhorse type. And getting Andre Ellington even later is a nice complement. He's a good pass catcher out of the backfield.
I liked what Minnesota did in the first round. I also thought that the Lions got a steal with DE Devin Taylor in the 4th round.
as for the Saints, won't go too much into it( not Saints talk). I liked what we did with a limited number of picks. The nose tackle John Jenkins should help shore a run defense that was awful last year. To me, that is what hurt the Saints on defense last year the most.

John Jenkins isn't going to help anyones run defense unless you're playing the triple option. Trust me.

I love what the texans did with their picks, filled needs and got stars

It was okay. When you factor in the Revis trade, it looks better. But picking Glennon was a WTF moment, and I am not impressed with Banks. Then trading up for the Miami RB in the 7th doesn't make sense to me.

Vikings fricked shite up.

Ziggy will be hit/miss, although it did address one position of need. I'm worried about Slay's injury concern, but if he can stay healthy, he might be okay.
Minny did a good job, also impressed PIT's first two picks in J. Jones and L. Bell

I'm a Saints fan, and I think we made solid selections. Honestly, my only concern is Jenkins. He is so large. I hope he can take care of his body and stay in great football shape.

My team, Arizona, won the draft for the reasons you mentioned and we also got Alex Okafor who will move to LB and Earl Watford to help out Cooper on the o-line. We now have maybe the best return duo ever with PP and TM!!!

Vikings and SF owned the Draft.

Another impressive job

Not only did they have an absurd amount of picks, they were quality picks.

The Packers shite the bed.

Meh. They needed quality running backs.

Saints did what the Saints do it seems. Took a guy in the first that very likely will add to their long list of underachievers while grabbing great value in later rounds. Chase Thomas as an UDFA is a great pickup as is the ILB from UNC. Just another solid draft with zero "Wow factor"
I do question why they don't target LSU guys as UDFA. I'm not saying wasting draft picks, but what's the risk at that point? They should have heavily pursued Faulk who is a first round talent.

ouch.
when I went to the Senior Bowl practices it seemed like he would kick arse for a few plays and then take a few off. I know you can't get a lot of that but he did catch my eye because he was so huge.
From what I saw on with Georgia this past year,it seemed like he played pretty good.

Because they have no ties to LSU, LSU is not the Saints minor league affiliate

After hearing Payton talk about him and how they really tried to make sure his work ethic and passion for the game was going to be there I think he will be fine.

Zona and Minnesota had great drafts, studs for years to come.
For NOLA, I was pretty disgusted with out first round pick, but after our pickups in the rest of the draft and the undrafted FAs we nabbed, Im pretty stoked.

I don't know much about Glennon but I've read where maybe the Bucs front office has become impatient with Freeman.
I guess Banks doesn't have the best speed in the world but he's a taller corner who you guys will need with Julio Jones, Marques Colston, etc. to deal with in the division.
