Sounds like bullshite. That quote looks like it was written for some 70's black exploitation film. All it needs is a "You JIVE TURKEY!!" at the end

Start at the beginning:
Was his car blocking Beulah Street?
If so, why and why didn't he immediately move it?
I have no sympathy for self important cops, but the same self importance can afflict otehrs, like Simon.
I have stood up for Ricky Jeff b/c those facts seemed highly suspicious.
These don't and Simon appears to have been trying to provoke a cop for doing his job.
As is usually the case, Therald was overcharged.

FWIW I have seen Tharold Simon be a RACIST bitch on TM7's instagram comments. This doesn't surprise me one bit. He hates the man... the man that has given him everything. Bit the wrong hand this time

what has happened in our society when
TS - could have just said --I will move it officer

and the office after TS misbehaves( I'm being nice)

Talk to TS and say- hey man I know this a big day filled with emotion and excitement for you- I am excited for you- will you help me do my job today and move your car please?

Simon disputing, considering lawsuit.

quote:

"I have obtained a written statement from almost 20 witnesses," Schaffer said, "all of whom corroborated Tharold's version of the incident, in which he did absolutely nothing wrong, and nothing illegal. I'm 100 percent confident that there will be no charges filed and Tharold will be completely exonerated. I'm looking into the filing of civil lawsuit against the officer and the Eunice Police Department. Tharold is an outstand young man, and it's appalling to me that an officer would act this way, particularly at this time."

If Simon is such a known thug as so many of you insist, then why would his city have made the decision to honor him? Why make a day honoring a bad guy?

Because he is (or was) going to get drafted. Pretty cool to see someone from your city, especially a small city, get drafted. I dont think the day was meant to honor what kind of a person he is, but to send him off to the NFL.
