**** Update**** Clark Judge ?@ClarkJudgeCBS 7m
Source I trust tells me Atlanta trying to trade up to get one of two top CBs in draft -- MIlliner or Rhodes.

Source here in #Atlanta : #Falcons and #Raiders in "very serious discussions" involving a trade including Raiders 1st round pick #NFLDraft

Hearing potential trade would include "multiple 2013/2014 draft picks as well as players" being involved #NFLDraft #Raiders #Falcons

Source: For potential #Falcons and #Raiders trade to happen, a specific player will have to be available at the 3rd overall pick #NFLDraft

Darren Connolly IV ?@DConnollyNFL 1h
Source in #Falcons organization says "if our guy is there, we will pull the trigger, the package is agreed upon" #Raiders #NFLDraft

Who would it be? I suppose it's either Jordan or Fisher considering that seems to be the consensus 2 people the Jags are debating between (other than the wild card in Smith). Plus I recall hearing the Jags GM saying a couple weeks ago that it was between 2 players.

Not sure if this would have any immediate impact on our draft implications... Another potential huge trade up for a division rival regardless = no bueno. Ain't scared, but frick Atlanta on principle.

Sigh. I loved the trigger we pulled to get Julio but there's NO ONE in this draft that I see making a move like this for.

This draft is overall pretty deep but not many guys stand out on a singular level to jump from #30 to #3.

Please, Atlanta, don't.

Maybe they'll draft Manti just to shut Kiper up.

I'd be a failcon fan for a few minutes for that alone.

Well considering anyone they would be targeting has a 0% chance to end up on our roster, I'm all for the Falcons throwing away a shite ton of draft picks. Because at the end of the day Drew Brees > Matt Ryan.

Is the only thing that makes sense. Here's to hoping that Jacksonville drafts Dion so that Atlanta stays back.

?? These 2 things have nothing in common. Is this an SAT question? If so, the answer is !=

This would be awesome. 2 1st rd picks and a 2nd and I'd consider this a bonafide win for the Saints.

I hope they are trading up for Jordan. He's a good player but I think one of his best assets is that he's good in coverage for a man his size. Playing with a hand down will neutralize that ~99% of the time. As a RDE in a 4-3, I see him being in that 7 or 8 sack range for the first few years. Not bad, but I don't think he'll be an upgrade over Abraham for at least 2 years.

I hope they do it. This is a weak draft and I don't see a can't miss player worth mortgaging your (already weakened by a massive trade up) future by moving up 27 spots.

Jesus. Aren't they out of high picks from the Julio trade?

That is a huge, huge jump. Not sure who they're trying to get..maybe someone like Ansah?

There's a lot of speculation that they also are switching to the 3-4 after the release of Abraham.
