Can someone value a pistol for me?

Stock Glock 9mm, model 17, 3rd gen with everything from original kit. has less than 1K shots fired, I have dates of firing and cleaning. 8 years old. $525 new + tax.
I am looking for a .45 after this. Probably Glock also. TIA.

A new one with LEO discount is about $400 (was $398 in BR 5 months ago).
Prior to "the panic of 13" that pistol would have been worth about $350-375.
If you hurry up and sell it before the panic subsides, you may get $450-475.
If it were a Glock 19 you could probably get $500-525.
ETA: The price "guesses" above are gunbroker-ish prices.

that gun new is 525 all day so used 475-500 if you want it bad.
i actually just seen one today at a pawn shop in br for 500 for a gen3 and and a gen 4 for 599 same place.
