I'm pulling for him to swallow his pride and play in a lesser league to tune up his game. But that's "beneath him"

He did well when at LSU. He reps LSU gear in every workout they have shown in the video series. Everyone should be pulling for him. He did nothing wrong to our school. Hope he makes the comeback!

I'm pulling for him to latch on with an NFL team. not sure the CFL or Arena League will help him for NFL ball much, and the UFL is done.

Because some of our "fans" are fricking morons. There really isn't any reason to go into further than that.
While at LSU, JR did nothing but play his arse off. The fact that for multiple reasons he fizzled out in remarkable fashion at the next level in no way diminishes what he did while at LSU...unless of course your pride is so effected by the accomplishments of others. In the same way I wouldn't have felt the desire to hold my head higher if he had turned into an All-Pro, I never felt the need to hang me head because he failed. The mileage of others clearly varies.
As for me, I'm pulling for an Ex-Tiger to make it back and succeed. Crazy, I know.
